Stage™ on demand is now available as both a wired and non-wired option for business aviation customers

Collins Aerospace continues to improve the flight experience for customers of Stage™ on demand for business aviation aircraft. This already popular offering has been enhanced to include both wireless and wired options for entertainment, information and business, and for the first time has been installed factory-direct on a new aircraft.

Both milestones took place on a Falcon, which recently entered service after delivery by Dassault Aviation. Traditionally, Stage provided customers access to thousands of wireless inflight entertainment options, such as movies and television shows, on devices including phones and tablets. The new wired option provides additional capabilities, including easy integration with Venue Cabin Management service to play content on bulkhead monitors and individual seat displays.

With a growing number of planes flying with Stage on demand, the service remains one of the most popular in the industry. Collins Aerospace sees this latest milestone as a continuation of the product's success.

"Stage on demand has always stood out in the market by providing customers with the same kind of streaming experience they have on the ground — access to blockbuster movies, popular television shows, sports feeds, games and music," said Jon Kounkel, director, Cabin Systems for Collins Aerospace. "By offering both wired and non-wired options we're simplifying access to inflight entertainment while providing customers with more flexibility."

Stage on demand will be displayed this week at EBACE in the Collins Aerospace booth, number R-71.
