IndiGo, India’s largest passenger airline, is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Cindy Szadokierski as Vice President – Airport Operations and Customer Services. With a career in aviation spanning over 30 years, Cindy has held senior leadership positions primarily in the areas of airport operations as well as several other roles in operations, reservations and sales at United Airlines.
She brings with her the experience and expertise through a proven record of operational leadership and delivering customer services at a large scale. Cindy will take on the role of Vice President – Airport Operations and Customer Services effective 17th April 2017, and will be reporting to our Executive Vice President, Mr. Sanjeev Ramdas.
We are confident that Cindy will bring with her the knowledge of global best practices and she will be able to help us adopt them in our operations. While we are proud of what we have achieved so far, we are looking to build on this as we continue to grow. Cindy will help us enhance the customer experience at IndiGo in our effort to make it even more hassle free and comfortable for our customers to fly with IndiGo.
